Coming to crossroads for addiction treatment was the best thing I've ever done. The staff is very caring and informative. I would definitely advise others to come in and ask about individual treatment.

Staff and members all are great have had a great experience so far

Excellent staff, so welcoming! The front desk, pharmacy and my counselor are amazing!

Yes, they start guest dosing at 7 a.m. so no need getting there too early ;) You have to have your clinic send over your info and script and so on. Even after you do your paperwork at your clinic, I would call the pharmacy here and make sure they have everything ready for you. Hope this helps, Safe travels!!!!
The Myrtle Beach, SC clinic currently has Intake Days on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5am. Please be advised that these Intake days are subject to change from time to time and you are welcomed to contact us at 800-805-6989 24hr to confirm intake days.
YES!!! They have a phone if you dont trust what someone who goes there says! And its 95 a week plhs fee in beginning idk whag that is anymore
No, I didn't. I went after about four days and going thru some serious withdrawls. That's really all you need to tell them. Good luck. BTW, they only do intakes Tuesday & Wednesday between 5am - 7am. First come first serve.

There is no state funding. The price depends on which medication youll be going on $70/90 to start and $13/22 a day. You really need to call because prices has changed since new owners. They do accept SOME insurances though now. IF YOU REALLY ARE WANTING HELP AND TREAT THE PROGRAM AS INTENDED, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER!!!!
You have to go for 90 days and pass all your drug test go to your meetings and meet with your counselor and they will move you up to phase 2 which means you will only be going Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Then 90 more days after that if you stay clean go to your meetings and meet with your counselor you will go to Monday Wednesday and Fridays the next 90 days you go to once a week the next 90 days you go to once every two weeks which is where I'm at it takes about a year to get that far. In other words just passed all your drug test go to group meetings and meet with your counselor once a month
Kelly Wilson, pills amd dope cost money on the streets and most of these same people that complain about not being able to afford it, still tests positive on their drug tests. The dope man gets his money, so if they really want help, they will take that money and put towards getting help. Norman Reed, i understand your concern but they do accept some insurances now, if that helps. There is also a clinic in Brunswick Co. but im not sure if they are still full and not accepting anymore patients. Im not sure the costs thsre either. If he has Medicaid he can easily find a doctor to put him on Suboxone (but you do have to stay clean). Hope this helps.
You have to go to your counselor at your clinic and tell them you need to guest dose here. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE PAPERWORK FILLED OUT AT YOUR CLINIC, you can't just call ahead!!. They sometimes want a weeks notice so.do it asap!!! Before coming down, call Myrtle's clinic and make sure the pharmacy has your paperwork to guest dose. They start letting guests dose at 7 a.m. :) Hope this helps!!
13 years? Damn you was there when they first open the doors then almost. 2004 I think it opened in MB
They offer Suboxone but the price is different. I believe it's only 1-2$ more/day
No appointment needed but only on wed and thur be there by 5 am cuz its a 2-3 hr process and the dr is only there till 9
You have to be allergic to the red dye in the liquid to get the wafers now
They are under new ownership so you may want to call and ask. They also take credit/debit cards now. Some things are changing
Yes, we accept Humana Insurance at the Myrtle Beach, SC clinic.
It's best to call and ask. They have been adding more insurance types they accept.
We will find out in the morning
Ask your counselor tomorrow..they will get it set up, no problem
Ask your Counselor..they do guest dose but your counselor will have to set it up
Not far
The price is $25 bucks to start guest dosing and that includes the first day dose then its $15 a day but it differs from facility to facility but that is the price for the clinic in myrtle beach
Yep...
It's a good place to go. 15 bucks a day but hey it's cheaper then buying dope. The lines have been crazy long lately ever since it got hot but it is a good place to go.
Get your home councilor to set it up a week or so before you come
It's either 30 or 35
Yes just get your Counselor to set it up
Its 15 bucks a day, plus I believe about 25 just to start
I'm not sure, but I think so.. ask your counselor or cAll here and ask.
They do.. open at 5... Close at 11.. It's close
Changes every day...
You should be able to. They actually do open for guest dosing on sundays for 2 or 3 hours. I want to say 7 to 9 or 10am. But u have to have transfer papers 1st or they wont do it. They need to know your last dose time and amount and has to be heard from your local clinic advisor or counselor before u will be granted guest dose
Sundays you get a take home on Saturdays. The price is $15 a day. The line all depends on what time you go. Usually about 8 to 9 It's not too bad
Depends
They are supposed to. But I do know one thing I've been going there 13 years and if for some reason they do not they would post where we could geust dose at
Yes but i have to call ahead of time and get all ur papers faxed over from the clinic u r at now to this one
I would call just to be sure they have your paperwork. There has been alot of issues with guest dosing. Ask to speak to someone in the pharmacy!! They are open 5-11 a.m. Monday-Friday and Saturdays are 5-10 a.m. They start guest dosing at 7 a.m.
Yes they do the Suboxone option as well.
What's sad is how bad drug addiction has become. There is so many ppl coming because there is so many needing help. But atleast the ones getting help arent the ones who's families and friends will be waiting in line to see at the funeral home or to visit in jail. There is a good side and bad side to everything but The Center of Hope or Crossroads as it is now called has saved many of lives and help put alot of families back together. Focus more on the positive and not so much on the negative.
Yes!!
Yes...and about $80 on mon then wed n thursday... u get admitted and does all in the same day
It's all about the $$$.
No. It's either $15 a day or $95 a week. I had to stop going bc I couldn't afford it anymore. Good luck Rose.
i actually came here from syracuse n.y. a few years ago.. this place and methadone is the only option in myrtle beach, there are no other places or programs for 60 miles except maybe a suboxen dr if lucky.. but this place literally charges 80$ a week for methadone and there raising the price to 14$ a day, starting on the 1st of next month.. it's just wrong, theyv monopolized the recovery industry in this area, made it so they can charge whatever and they only accept cash, no form of insurance.. its truly bad here if your trying to recover, theres no money, work, theres more drugs than treatment options.. your better off in ny, beleive me. get on suboxen or methadone.. they have rehabs impatient but its 4 grand a day for a bed and meals in any treatment facility.. they dont want anyone to recover, just keep paying n taking meds..forever..lol
Yes, you jist cant phase up :/ So youll have to go every morning.
I called last week and they told me new patients have to check in at 5am Mon Wednesday and first appt is $75 $16/ day and last up to 3 hrs
Hi Christina, what's going on is if you have weekend take homes they're giving out take homes until Wednesday. If you have your take homes for just Sunday, they're giving you four to go until Wednesday. They're also calling people who have take homes for either Mon. Tues. & Wed. This is because of the pending hurricane. So make sure you've paid up until you go back Thurs. Hope this helps.
