I've bought a lot of fish from here without issues. I still quarantine them just in case. It can be something simple like a 10 gallon tank and a sponge filter. Some People medicate even if they aren't showing any signs. Lots of YouTube vids on this.
As a precaution you should always quarantine any new livestock even if they don't look sick. Do some research on how to quarantine fish saltwater and freshwater are different. But it's better than your display getting an unfortunate outbreak. Also this is completely unrelated to the store as the fish might not be exhibiting signs of infection.
I can come on any fish you add. Sometimes you can't see until it begins to spread. They make a med you at to your water and do water changes to rid it.
I had some marine fish come down recently after buying some snails. I don't know if it was directly connected but definitely quarantine if you wanna be sure.
