This HOA does nothing but give tickets to make money in the complex in which I live, while providing slim to none benefits. Rip off! I urge you to not buy in a HOA community.

AmberLee Davis and Real Manage provide terrible customer service. With our first issue, instead of helping us in any way, their only advice was to call the police on our neighbors, which is ridiculous. There is no impartiality and no logic that goes into their decisions. There is terrible communication and AmberLee makes accusations based not on facts, but opinions and rumor. I highly discourage anyone from working with this company.

I have 13 pine trees in my back yard close to house and I would like to remove them. Do I need to apply for permission?

Every community has different rules and regulations, this is a question best answered by you HOA board or licensed community staff. You should be able to find the answer in your community governing documents but if not you can use the Homeowner/Resident Portal to speak to your community staff about the rules at your particular community.

Need to call the office

We live in Anchors Bend in Longs. Why have the green areas not been landscaped? Around the mailboxes, pool, c clubhouse there are dead plants and no pine straw. We pay to have these taken care of. They look terrible!!
