I never received a quote from Tracy Carr who I met with, texted and emailed the project info with. While she was out for two weeks, my quote was not handled by anyone else. When she returned she stated I would be her priority and still no quote was received. I emailed the store about this and there was no response, explanation, apology or acknowlegenent of the poor customer service, complete disregard, lack of communication and experience I received.
