Had my car detailed 1. They said they would call to say it was done - NEVER CALLED 2. The store phone went right to voice mail - which was FULL. So, you couldn't even leave a message 3. When I arrived my car was locked - they couldn't find the fob 4. My car was parked backwards - causing me to have to back out into traffic

Terrible. I actually never complain about a business so for me to be bothered by this and leave this message shows my level of frustration. I paid over $20 and the back of the car was still so dirty I had to go clean it myself when I got home and saw it. But even overall, bird droppings on one side of the car and a place a big hit the front were both still on there. It was pointless for me to pay that much if I had to come home and still clean it myself. Super disappointed. Total waste of money.

Yes they are open and i believe interior cleaning is open as well.
The only problem I have with this place are the drivers who don't put their cars in neutral when entering the wash. This causes a jam in the wash and a long line of traffic for everyone behind them. Unbelievable.. Unbelievable. Outside of that user error, the service is great for me.
Hopefully the car wash workers found it..did you check?
Speak to the people that scan or collect payment when you enter the drive through. You drive through the wash then turn left and are directed from there.
Mine was 89 they wouldn't let me do non synthetic I won't return
