I am a long term customer and have used Able Air to install 2 systems over two decades. I scheduled regular maintenance for my system as I have been doing for years. When I called on Aug 8th they told me it would be four weeks to come out. I was not happy but scheduled service for today Sept 8 and was told it would be between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and they would call. No one called and I called the office. The receptionist was rude and condescending. She then directed me to their scheduler (Christie) who said they had no record of my appointment. Obviously I did not pick a date and time out of the air. The merit of a good company is how they fix their errors. There was no consideration of sending anyone out in the next few days but rather just get in line. If this is how it handles loyal long term customers you need to really think about doing business with a company that treats its customers this way and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Addendum - After posting this they called and said they would send someone out. No one ever showed.

Installed a new Carrier heat pump system today. Great job, the two man crew worked efficiently and professionally. Very happy with the result!

On a second trip Able Air installed a thermostat for $270. On a 3rd trip they replace a capacitor which fixed the problem, finally. They threw away the thermostat which was not theirs to throw away: WHY? I would not recommend able air to anyone. A total of $470 to replace a capacitor.
