I walked in with my parents on Saturday, August 27th, to see the nursing home as we are trying to find a safe place for my 91 year old grandfather. Apparently, no one is on staff during the weekends to provide a walk through. I found that to be odd... Also, the front desk attendant had zero knowledge of anything what so ever. Even the most basic of questions, he had no answers and no informational hand out to provide. We explained that we drove from Fort Lauderdale and would be unable to return during the week. All he could do was provide a phone number for Ricardo whom we have already reached out too and doesn't return our calls. We explained this to him and his response was, "I don't know what else you want from me". On top of that, while we were conversing with the front desk attendant, someone from management/leadership rudely interrupted our conversation to speak with him which lasted for a minute and then quickly walked away. She didn’t acknowledge or greet us. She didn't ask us how she could help us. She just showed up and disappeared - like we were never there. In my opinion, thank you for the wonderful introduction as to the quality of care you, Viera Health & Rehabilitation, provide. I can not picture leaving anyone in your incompetent and negligent care. ***I also find it interesting/concerning to see how many recent 5 star Google Business reviews are being left by employees.***

The people, when they show up, are very nice. Other than that, the food is mostly poor, the CNAs just pay no attention to the bell, which is ringing all day because they they just don't answer it. My wife waited for over an hour more than once for help.
