So i came to get a cash advance and i do customer service over 10 years an as soon i hear the sound that someone coming in my store first thing i do is great the customer , this representative didnt even said hello how can i help you , i said hello first and he just stared at me i said hello again and start telling what i was looking for , worse customer service i experience and gived me wrong information of the company policy that even called corporate and they told him to destroid my documents because i didnt accept the offered he was giving me didnt showed me how much i was approf or anything just rude

Went to cash a check and the man was extremely rude. Ultimately, wouldn't cash my check because I mentioned my online banking wouldn't upload the check originally due to poor signal. Didn't seem friendly from the start, just got worse...

I use them frequently and tonight was the worst experience. I was told one thing by an associate, left, came back in 10 min with what she was said was required. Only to be told there was another stipulation to it. Its not good when customers are not given all the information to fix things. She even spoke to head quarters the first time to get information regarding this. If I knew I was gonna be screwed no matter what I would have waited the extra day till it would have been fine. Wasted time, and money. She didn't give me the right information, not my fault, and she didn't even care. Not even an apology of an sort that she screwed up. Not me, I did exactly what was "needed". If it wasn't for the awesome people I've dealt with there prior they wouldn't have a 2. LEARN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES BEFORE YOU WORK WITH CUSTOMERS

If you don't have the cash amount you owe. You can have them send the check to your bank but have to wait for the check to clear with your bank. Make sure u get a copy showing that it was posted to your bank account. After amscot has the statement wait about a day or two before u borrow again. Thank you
