My grandmother was going to this office & never complained about seeing the nurse practitioner alicia or dr Olsen but the women who handles medical records is miserable and nasty to patients and the office manager doesn’t care about how the patients are being treated. My grandma is to sweet of a women to Stick up for her self so I called just to let the Manager know and Jennifer the office manager answered and was careless and rude. Sucks a great medical team has such careless management.

VERY KIND STAFF DR OLSEN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND LISTENED AND HEARD WHAT YOU HAD TO SAY ALSO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE HEALTH CONDITIONS I HAD ON TOP OF JUST THE BACK AND NECK PAIN VERY IN DEPTH PHYSICAL EXAM HE MADE SURE HE KNEW EVERYTHING ANOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH ME WAS VERY HAPPY AT MY FIRST APT HOPE THIS KIND OF COMMUNICATION CONTINUES GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION SO FAR.

Dr. Olson is good MD. But, the Staff is unprofessional and they bully the patients with insults and gossip. They act like the don't want to be there so, they have to amuse themselves @ the expense of the sick and disabled.
