Every time I come to see my mother who lives here, the other residents yell at me for something or other. Guests are not allowed to park anywhere. I'm not loud or rude, I just hope I don't get like this when I get old!

This place is garbage!! Take it from someone who works here, Do not move your family in here, the office staff don't care about the resident's, the building is not up to code, fire alarms are faulty, the management break so many laws, maintenance do not answer their phone when you need them but they are supposedly on call 24/7. The owners are scum lords. Stay clear of this place and all the other trinity towers buildings.

Moved in December 16, 2013. Very nice studio apartment, with new carpet and floor covering. Very neat and clean. The view from my 16th floor apartment, east-to-west, includes the us-192 bridge over Indian River, views of the Indian River and barrier island beaches, a horizon-strip of the Atlantic Ocean, and most of the northern part of the city. I have met several of the residents, and they are very nice and easy to like. The staff has been helpful. I love Florida weather after living "up north" most of my life. Be prepared for a wait to move in because there is always a waiting list. Very reasonable rent that includes water & sewer, heat-n-air for each apartment, grab bars in the bathroom, lots of storage. On-floor laundry room. 24x7 security. On the bus line. On-site parking.
