Jessica Best is the owner. We rented through AirB&B. Condo I-13. Though the condo was clean it was extremely cluttered. There was junk everywhere: under beds, in drawers, closets and pretty much anywhere it could be shoved. There was a broken chair that someone shoved pillows under to fix. The beds were old and uncomfortable. I personally, would not rent this condo again.

Depends on time of year and I'm not sure they have one bedroom. We always rent a 2 bedroom. Less than $1000.
