The facility is dog friendly in general with a play area fenced in. Each unit is individually owned and pets are at the discretion of the owner.

There arent any refreshments. They closed it and they said they didn't want to pay someone ten dollars an hour to Stand there. Also be prepared to kept up with by security like you are in a prison sentence and also the rude people that own some of the condos at the pool. The pool is also closed to visitors twice a week for a while for the "owners" to do water aerobics. And when it's time for it to finally open and you walk in they act like you shouldn't be there. There was one guy that lives there that was nice everyone else was so rude. Also do not forget the arm bands they give you at the reality company because they will ask to see it when you are there. If you walk around the pool at night the security comes out to make sure your not even going in the pool. My family and I felt extremely aggravated the entire time. Do not leave your towels were they could be seen the security will walk up to your balcony door and ask for you to move it and also ask " do you not have dryer?

There is a front desk phone, I don’t know the number, but no one is present to answer it 24/7. S3 shows a Kelly Burgess as being the owner but no contact information for her.
