My husband and I want to share our great experience with Rex and Sons RV. They are a top notch organization. We have a new Class B motorhome. Due to "user error" we had a couple issues that we thought were problems with the unit. However, as it turned out, thankfully we were not using the elements in the coach correctly. After calling Rex and Sons, we were able to bring it in for, Dave, the technician to take a look. He quickly came to the conclusion that we were at fault........not our unit. He patiently and thoroughly explained the correct way to operate things. We can not say enough good things about Dave and this dealership! They know how to treat their customers and we thank them wholeheartedly. Now off on our adventure!
