I love it!! Thanks for the great and prompt service. I read other comments where one guy said he was “colored”, so are a lot of the employees. They are always kind and courteous and I’ve gotten to know them on my route if I’m outside, we laugh and joke.

I have used Dons for two years and as a paying customer if I inquire about a rate increase the workers in the office should be able to explain the reason for the change in price. The response should not be “like everything else the price went up”.

Company was rude and un professional. Removal guy on truck had yelled at elderly coue and refused a few times of picking up trash. Wife and I moved in pool house to take care of parents since theu moved to NC the year that we that we ha e been here Don's service has upset them multiple times. The worst thing is they started going through the trash and complained tat I have a different name. I would not ever use them again and ever refure a company that searches a customer's trash and back the employee that does. Don's knew this from the beginning my wife opened the account and they knew this. This started after the person picking up the trash saw me and started his complaintswhich starte in August when i retired and he saw me. Yes I'm colored.

Per THEIR guidelines, for furniture pick-up (allowed once a month), it says “YOU MUST CALL OFFICE TO HAVE THIS SCHEDULED PRIOR TO PICK-UP DAY.” I called June 11 to get my furniture items picked up for my next pick-up day and they said the earliest they can pick it up is July 7th. No where on their guideline does it say to schedule weeks in advance. We’ll be gone by then so although we’ve paid for over a year’s worth of service already, we can’t even use all of their services.
