If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My recycling has been sitting out for over a week. I say for service, yet I am not receiving any. I have spoken to about 6 customer service reps who have told me I would hear from someone. I haven't. I feel like I am being scammed by GFL.

If I could give NO stars, I would. WORST customer service I have ever experienced ever. I called to cancel my service, after holding for 16 minutes and 41 seconds, and the lady that answered the phone asked why i wanted to cancel, i explained to her about the $30 price increase and that I found cheaper and she said "okay ill get that for you" did not even let me know if she was going to cancel the service, when it would be canceled, or if there's anything I need to do to get this going forward. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back and after being on hold for 22 minutes and 21 seconds I finally hung up. NEVER AGAIN & I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE. EDIT 3/23... Reinstated with them on the 15th (no other choice) & they came and picked up our trash can on the 22nd! I called and asked why and Mekita (the one who hung up on me) was in charge of it.. OBVIOUSLY she is the main issue behind this. If I was GFL, i'd be looking for someone that knew what their job entailed and knew how to deal with customers.

If I could give half a star I would!! Trash overflowing and every time I call I get a new day that never happens. Called to cancel and inst3ad of picking up this week, no pick up til the 26th!! Unacceptable and horrible! Do NOT use!!!!
