Michael D was the salesperson the assisted me. He really made my experience a great one. He was super helpful. He also did a great job at explaining all the features and benefits of the item I purchased. I even purchased the warranty based on his recommendation. I usually don't but he really encouraged me to protect my purchase. Good customer service is a big deal. I really appreciated how patient he was and would recommend anyone looking for furniture to ask for him!
