Open by appointment only, the place doesn’t look anything like pictures equals false advertising. Only sells one brand and talking with some other people trying to get in they said owner didn’t get along with Tommy Emmanuel yet uses his picture in advertisements. He lost two potential sales left us outside his door while he talked to his appointment client.proper thing would be to let us in to look around.very poor costumer service. Thumbnail should say by appointment only not open now. I walked from the Grand Hyatt hotel, big waste of time but he don’t care obviously. I will tell everyone I know don’t waste your time on this unfriendly place. Thanks

Like many Nashville businesses, our shop is operating by appointment Monday through Saturday. Our building requires a code to enter, and all visitors must wear a mask and sign a screening questionaire at this time. Our crew is also masked and screened daily. All work spaces are sanitized at the end of each business session.
