I called Gibson Garage to get some information about a specific Les Paul I wanted to purchase and my experience so far has been incredible! They didn’t have the guitar in stock I wanted but within 5 min Will at Gibson garage called me and said he put in the request for the guitar and further went on to discuss different modifications that I wanted for the specific model. As you all know there are so many little options with colors, knobs etc…. Will took extra time and really helped narrow down options to help make my guitar exactly what I want! I even offered to fully pay for the guitar in advance and Will would not accept my money till they have the guitar and have inspected it. I am so pleased thus far with the level of knowledge and customer service From Will! I even had additional questions following my initial call and Will has responded within minutes to make sure all my questions were answered. I am going to follow up with an expanded review with photos when I get my new Les Paul I’m my hands! Thank you again Gibson Garage for all your help on making my dream Les Paul come true! Greg -
