How can I get a hold of someone on the phone? It asks for an extension number and if you don’t know it, press 0 0 and I do that and it keeps repeating itself...? Is there an alternate number to call?

I had the same issue when I called the first time. I think it only does that when the main person/operator is on the line with someone. I tried calling back a few minutes later and it connected immediately, no automated message.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET DISABILITY BENEFITS FOR YEAR THRU V,F,W, AND OTHERS...I HAVE MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM ARCHIVES SENT TO ME ...ALL HAVE SAID I SHOULD HAVE NO PROUBLEM ...ANF THEN I NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE...CAN YOU HELP ME
