Been washing here since it opened for business and have been pleased…until the past year. So disappointed at how the owner is not concerned with repairing broken washers & dryers. Some of the staff, especially on Sunday, are rude and unhelpful. Recently discovered they have not had hot water for several months! Will be taking my business else where!

Place is kept clean but every once in a while there's a few machines that are broke down And it can be a little costly to wash

Great place to do your laundry. Pretty clean and big washer and dryers .. some are out of order but each week they get fixedHi classyladymay1, thank you for your comments. Yes, some parts are taking 3-4 months to get on back order. So tell other customers to be gentle on the machines! Mike the Owner

This place is wonderful it is a blessing to have here in Manteca. There are a few things you should think about when you go 1. It is clean 2. The staff is great they are helpful and clean the whole time …Thank you Brenda! Thank you for your feedback. I will let the staff know. Nice to hear someone comment on what is right about the business vs. harping on what is wrong. We all try and keep the place up. Some customers overload the Top Loader machines, break them and the next customer complains the machines are broken. Parts are on backorder and they are taking months to come in some cases. The staff cleans and some customers then throw trash on the floor. I can only imagine what this place would look like if we did not have the staff. Cheers, Mike the Owner

They want time to clean the machines, but in my first and last time going there, the whole staff was extremely rude in expressing that fact
I always do my laundry there. Awesome atmosphere and amazing people.
There's a lot of broken machines there been broken for months some of the staff stuff are worthless

I am no longer with Spincycle. I would call the new Manager and find out new procedures. Its been 2 years . Im sure they have made changes. Happy Washing
The staff is there till 10 p.m. and will walk out with you to your car if needed. If staying late recommend you move your car close to double doors or park right in front on Yosemite Ave. We continue to add lights outside. I'm working on a new flood light for the back alley. Existing motion detector lights on the side of the building with the new mural. Two street lights. We also are planning to add lighting to showcase the mural and they will also help brighten things up. Free public Wi-Fi during business hours. We use the Facebook login because it helps expand our social media presence. You get free Wi-Fi in return so a win-win. Also, ATMs with only $1.99 service fees. Coffee, hot cocoa, ice cream, Italian sodas and snacks in the back. The laundry is staffed 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and we constantly clean all day long. We have security cameras throughout the facility and continue to add more of them each month. Soon we will have more cameras than a bank.
It's not cheap... but it is a great facility. There's a lot of pride in ownership one can clearly see I think I had about 5 loads which I did in the larger sized washers and it cost approximately $30
