Why does the answering machine say last load at 9pm but i showed up at 846pm and the doors were locked and door said last load at 830pm?? Bad info.

Staff is very rude and hateful younger girl is rude and older lady is extremely rude and hateful when you ask for any kind of help with loading your card for the first time i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody ever
Is there a sink here to rinse items or hand wash items that can't laundered regularly?
