i Audrey, please ask a Laundry Attendant to let you in the bathroom and use the sink in there. The lack of a sink on the floor is intentional. Homeless people use it to wash their feet and take a sink shower making a huge mess in a laundromat. We gave up on installing them as a result. The bathroom is locked for a reason. -Mike the Owner
