Broadway Visitor's Information

09/08/2022. Family of 8 went into the visitors center looking for discount tickets. Was told that we qualified for $10 tickets and all one person had to do was go to a presentation, basically show up, tell them we were not interested, get the discounted ticks and go. We asked several times, signed up and two of us went to the presentation. We were told to show up, sign in and get tickets. That is not what happened. They required that you spent two hours there and stated it was in the contract. There was no contract discussed at the Visitor's Center. This is a SCAM. Please don't make the same mistakes we did. Our family lost two hours of our time. The Clerk clearly misled us. I have contacted Ripley's and advised them of the ticket scam. Hopefully they will intervene and block this company from doing business with them.

Very misleading. The staff will offer you special deals on attractions but they don't tell you upfront that it's all a sales gimmick for what I would imagine to be timeshares. After you talk the attraction "deal" over with the wife and kids it's only then they tell you that you must sit through some kind of sales presentation to get the attraction deal. It's very disappointing that they're not upfront about what they're doing. This REALLY soured our trip to Broadway at the Beach. If I were the landlord or the other tenants I wouldn't want such an operation at this attraction.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not an information nor visitor center, it a “you only get information and get a deal if you participate in our time share presentation” center. The ladies are pushy and extremely rude. When my 70 year old father made the statement “let’s go, your mother would smack me if I agreed to this presentation” the pushy nasty lady said “well then I’m super glad she’s not here”. Well ma’am, thank you for making my entire family all feel horrible, she’s not here because she passed away from ovarian cancer. This was the first family trip we took without her and you ma’am have just been a Debbie downer to our trip. We quickly exited before I said something I would regret to her. Will NEVER stop by this center again and I highly recommend staying away, unless you want harassed.
