Had to bring it in twice after they didn’t clean calipers. Brakes were smoking and car was shaking from one of the tires less than 24 hours after bringing it home (on the way home heavy smell). Customer service frustrates you until your too exhausted to fight back.

Adam was a magnificent help. Patient with my lack of knowledge. Knowledgeable on exactly what I needed. I called and was given an appointment on the spot. Changed my brakes, rotors, and oil all in such a timely manner. I felt welcomed into the shop. Water is available as well. Moe the tech was also incredible. Customer service out of this word. I was insanely worried coming in. This will be my new go to shop.

I called and made an appointment and he got me in within a hour. I got there the wait was expected to be about 2 hours but was less than expected. I got my brakes and rotors done and am completely satisfied and will definitely be going back to this location.
