UPDATE as of August 2022: Due to a QC issue, there was a problem with a putter which appeared up within a few weeks of the fitting. Keep in mind current supply chain limitations didn't result in the issue being resolved as quickly as I would've liked but that's outside Club Champions' control. The support from the Myrtle Beach location and corporate office was frankly excellent. It took time as I noted but they replaced the club with a new one. It seems hard today to find companies that at least appreciate that you've spent money and would like to get value back including support. Not sure how you can get better customer care than this, so I continue to gladly recommend these folks if you're looking to improve via a proper fitting. _____________________________________ At the age of 68 and a single digit index I thought it's now or never to get a proper fitting and a new final(?) set of clubs specifically setup for me. I went to the Myrtle Beach Club Champion and had Matt Rauth put me through a series of tests as you'd expect. The service was excellent, the experience resulted in proper shafts for all my new clubs. Kolton Ostler also provided excellent support and follow up as adjustments were made after delivery of the new clubs. Be prepared to answer the obvious questions, what are you looking to improve, what are your expectations, where are your current clubs "failing" you. I certainly expected the news clubs to improve my game. They arrived in February and I am easily 2-3 strokes better in April as my index has dropped, and my accuracy is significantly better, perhaps because the gaps between club distances became more reliable. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have the right equipment to play this wonderful game.

My experience working with Club Champion has been great! I was fitted just yesterday with William and it was a true pleasure hearing his thoughts on my swing and putt. He helped me fit a whole bag of clubs and was able to stay within the budget that we worked on before we even got started. The technology and the amount of data collected during this fitting session was more than impressive and I am very very excited for when my clubs will arrive. Club Champion does not sell used clubs; we only offer the latest models available from over 60 golf brands. We work with 2nd Swing for trade-ins, and that process is handled online through our website; we do not take trade-ins in stores.
