This place no longer exists. It is about 45 minutes to an hour north. And it is no longer ocean water sports. But aloha water sports. This needs to be changed. This was confirmed by an employee that works for aloha water sports. They bought the phone number

I booked at the wrong location so I just walked up. I was told there may be a 2 hour wait but it was only 20 minutes.
You can book on the spot, but it's not guaranteed that there will be an availability. I would suggest going earlier in the day if you don't want to pay online.
We went in June. If i remember correctly, it was about $100 for both of us plus we purchased our photos.however there are coupons in the tourist books!
If memory serves me, they open at 10 am and then you walk down to the beach, drop your stuff and shoe, grab a life-saving vest and then wait in the group that the Captain tells you. Once the banana boat arrives to pick you up, you're then taken to the boat and you go up pretty quick. All in all, it was probably about an hour and a half to two hours. This outfit has it all down to a science and they are very efficient. It is a blast!! Definitely go!! Look on their site for coupons good before 11 am!

I didn't pay for the banana boat..but it did take us out to the parasail.
You have to be at least 16 to ride the jet ski alone. Anyone under 16 has to ride with someone, there's a $10 fee for additional riders. (Recent visit 2 weeks ago). A six year old para sailed with us, he was pretty small.

Yes, but it cost money and its a good idea to call ahead and make the appointment so they know how many people in your group are going
