Such a good job the aircon was working! The temperature was as high as 49C / 120F while we were there but the room remained comfortable the whole time. Quite basic but as expected. We ate at the buffet which wasn't great but options were limited. Pool was like a bath at 22:00 and probably quite good it was very dark as couldn't quite see how dirty it was. Nice little museum on site but quite a challenge to walk around in the heat.

The room was really nice. Well appointed. Clean. The food was TERRIBLE. I mean, we wanted to do the buffet for dinner. Couldn't even stand to put the food on our plates, it was so awful. Opted to eat in the WAY overpriced dining room. Breakfast the next morning was more of the same. Really awful food. REALLY awful. I felt bad because the staff in the dining room were so nice! Stay there if you don't want to eat. Or pack a meal to take with you.

Beautiful room and amazing location. The only complaint about the room was that the sink was in the bathroom rather than out where others could use it if someone was showering. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, the communication between the front desk/operator and the staff with housekeeping and maintenance was not efficient making it difficult to get bed linens, towels, etc. I hope as they are open longer and get more staff, this process will improve. Overall would recommend.

After reading the reviews, we came prepared for the worst but were pleasantly surprised. Although the rooms were quite dated, we found the room clean. Shower curtains could be replaced. We were able to check in slightly early which was nice and there was no queue. We brought our own food so didn’t eat at any of the restaurants. The room could use a kettle/microwave. Quite expensive for what it is but you are paying for the location. It is very convenient to get to points off interest in the park. The walls are quite thin so we could hear doors constantly opening. They were vacuuming the hallway quite early in the morning.
