No facilities as in no restrooms or water. Very transit unfriendly built for cars only. Terrible bus connections unsafe to ride or walk. No transit available to Vacaville or Dixon and not close to anything. In past, train stations help …

You can take it to Oakland Jack London Station, then get on a bus there to SF
Would not recommend overnight parking, although it is available. The lot is a bit isolated and I've seen 2 cars with smashed windows. At least one of the smashed windows was in a vehicle parked overnight.
Fairfield/ Suisun don't have a Bakersfield train. You would have to catch the train to Martinez and transfer to a different train.
Amtrak does have a station there (https://www.amtrak.com/stations/psn), but you will probably need to transfer at least once. You can check the route on Amtrack's website: https://www.amtrak.com
No ticket agent at Vacaville station. Machines available to purchase a ticket. Or buy onboard. You can also buy online.
The parking lot in vacaville is never full . People in vacaville are not big on public transit.
