The male I spoke with, didn't know how to address a situation. I was given a gift certificate for mother's day. I called in made the appointment. I was asked what I want to do. I told the person pedicure, manicure, and polish my natural nails. I went in the day of appointment and I was asked again, "What are you doing?" I said pedicure and manicure and polish my natural nails. I got the price and seeing it was less than the gift certificate, I asked if it could be used twice. I was told yes. The nail technician asked, "Are you doing extension?" I said, "I have never done it before, but I could try. But I want the pedicure and manicure." She started filling my nails, when she was done, she started applying the glue to add the extension. I asked if I'm not getting the manicure, because it's the first thing they do back home, before adding the extension. The male rep got up from his seat, asked me, "Let me see the gift certificate." I handed it to him. He pulled out his drawer with the money gave me the cash and ripped the certificate. He said he doesn't normally give back money, but because I was disrespectful he has to. So I should take my business elsewhere." I tried to talk to him, but he wanted me out of his shop. I left the shop with my nails all filed, rough and cut ready for extension. This was a bad experience, therefore, I will never recommend that place to anyone.

always a issue getting a manicure or pedicure when i come here . i get the same excuse everytime and there's never alot of people waiting
