The ABSOLUTE WORST Pharmacy Service I Have EVER Had The Misfortune To Deal With... One Of The Clerks Not The Pharmacis Has Extremely Poor Interpersonal Skills. If You Have The Misfortune To Have Her Answer The Phone She Will UNDOUBTEDLY Say HOLD ON..iHave Advised Her NUMEROUS Times That The Correct And Professional Way To Ask A Customer To Hold On..Is To Say MAY I ask You To Hold..Or Would You Mind Holding...And To Wait For The Customer To Respond..She Still Continues To BOLDLY SAY HOLDON...And Just Place You On Hold... Second AndThe Most Egregious Issue TWICE I Have Been Given Another Customer's Medication... Third I Have Called My Insurance Company To Receive A Clearance On A Particular Medicine Only To Get To The Pharmacy And Be Told " You'll Have To Get Clearance From Your Insurance Company For This Medication " Mind You I Have Already Done This...If It Weren't For The Convenient Location Of This Pharmacy..I Would NEVER use Them..
