We took a class on soups and stocks as a corporate team building exercise. Despite being a little understaffed (which the chef apologized for profusely), it was an interesting and educational experience. They did a great time making sure everyone was constantly involved, and (especially useful for me) made sure everyone learned enough knife skills to avoid dicing their fingers. Dinner was what we cooked, and it wasn't bad. I'd recommend having a small snack before coming - you'll eat a little late since you have to cook dinner first. The only sour note of the evening was a woman - who I think was one of the owners - hovering over everyone and constantly taking photos without introducing herself and asking permission. Felt a little weird.
