Positive: Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Excellent customer service! Room was clean. Negative: The phone was located on the other side of the room. The desk and not on the nightstand. Most nice hotels that I stay have a phone in both locations (and sometimes a 3rd phone in the bathroom). Need a phone near the bed for convenience.

Positive: Breakfast provided was good. The first day Housekeeper was excellent. Negative: Our room was sub-par at best. No phone in room. No clock Radio/alarm in room. Coffee maker was missing parts so we could make no coffee. Bathroom toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Towel rack was in the toilet closet and sink was outside. Terrible!

Positive: Great motel, clean and in a good location not far from 6 Flags. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

I visit this place every year. Everybody was happy, smiling and knows how yo greet guest except the guy who was at the fron desk. His duty was afternoon on March 6th Sunday. He won't even lift his head to greet the people in front of him. Won't look at you when talking to you. Very arrogant. If he is a manager it is very sad Hilton has someone like him. I hope not. Everybody will appear in a second when they hear people except this guy. Sorry I have to reveal you. Maybe you thought I was just a college girl but sorry I am a 37 year old woman and a gold member. By the way the guy who was working in the kitchen/breakfast the weekend of March 6-7 was awesome everybody was, again except that guy on Sunday wearing a suit.
