All these recent reviews do not tell the story of living here. RPM took over in February and it has been a downward spiral since. Maintenance breaks things in your apartment because they lack the ability to fix things. The grounds are in awful condition no trash is collected around the borders of the property. The gate remains broken even as crime rises. Management has been over billing customers since May. Melissa works in between smoke breaks. They do no enforce any rules and the only tenants they see as problems are the ones who want to love quietly. If you sign up because of all the fake new reviews you will be sorry!

I’ve been a resident for a few months and maintenance has been amazing with completing any issues I have in my apartment. The leasing staff is simply amazing, any questions or concerns I have they always address them in a timely manner!

Recently toured this complex and I was very impressed. Marco answered all my questions and was so kind. He was available every time I called the office and replied to my emails quickly! Even tho I decided to rent at a different property, I would definitely suggest this place to any of my family or friends.

I like the space and size of the apartment unit. But the community, environment, management staff and maintenance team has gone to hell. My AC unit has been leaking for weeks and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Each time call I get a differ lie or the person claims they don’t know anything about the problem. My advise don’t move here, I been here for a numbers of years and you can believe that I’m moving ASAP.
