Tiffany and jennifer helped me during my visit, told me about sales, and even helped me try on a dress because sadly their dressing rooms are still unavailable. I enjoy this shop and the people in it. Not every visit has been amazing but they got rid of the girls who were unpleasant and it’s a great store to be in.

I walked in and wasn't greeted and I walked the entire store. Employees weren't doing much in customer service. No one was in front when I walked in.Manager was working on the wall instead of focusing on customer service. I will say the little girl on the register was polite but not extremely friendly.

we were waiting for 15 minutes and the worker made eye contact with us so many times. and i said ma’am can you please come check us out and she would just ignore us. so we were feed up and just left.Hi Brianna, please accept our apology for your recent experience at Rainbow. The situation you described is unacceptable. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The district manager will be contacted so that appropriate action can be taken.
