The venue was perfect! It was beautiful & very nice for the XV we were attending. However, the staff totally ruined my experience. I'm not sure if they didn't speak English or didn't like me because I didn't speak Spanish. My daughter's plate was missing something so I politely pointed it out to the waiter and asked if he could bring her what was missing. He obviously had no clue what I said so he sent a different waiter to our table & that waiter looked at me questioned if I'd asked for more food for myself. I said no, I'm fine but my daughter's plate is missing something. He shrugged his shoulders & seemed aggravated with either me for pointing out their mistake or the other waiter for not understanding. It was very awkward & I felt uncomfortable asking for anything the rest of the night. The first waiter I spoke to did only speak in Spanish all night, which is fine, but seemed to have an attitude or roll his eyes anytime he had to refill my drink or clear my plate.

Nice little reception hall. Plenty of parking, even offer free valet parking. Also have a great staff to help you throw the perfect function for your family and friends

Drove an hour to the venue for a special event and they didn't let me in. They didn't even offer an explanation. I had to find out that it was because the place was overcrowded, but staff wouldn't answer the door or let people in in exchange for people going out. No explanations or signs. Plain rude.
