Stay away from this doctor. He is absolutely horrible and he doesn’t listen to what you have to say. He is very dismissive and condescending. I was sent to him by workers comp and he was more concerned how much they are paying for my various treatments and didn’t believe how much suffering I was going through with long Covid. His advice was way off. I was sent a second time for a renewal of a migraine medication and he refused to give it to me. I’ve had to suffer for 3 weeks with migraine symptoms and without the medication I’ve been taking for 2 years. This doctor has caused me so many problems it’s hard to believe. I can go on and I can’t waste my time on Dr Charles. He should remember he took an oath when he became a doctor and should abide by that.

Terrible experience . He prescribed a medication that needed updating at beginning of the calendar year . Getting in touch with him directly is impossible. His staff is worthless. They never did anything to follow through and never called back after numerous calls and speaking to someone who promised they would . Four months now still no medication and the symptoms continue. He and his staff could care less about the wellness of the patient . Found a new doctor .

Dr. Charles is one of the best Neurologists I've been to. I've struggled with migraines since I was 9 and had been told that because of my epilepsy I could only take Imitrex. I was at a point where I was having up to 15 or more migraines a month and even had started dealing with medication overuse headaches due to my excessive use of pain medication. Dr. Charles told me that was false. He said I was having way too many migraines, and he wanted to get me down to 3 per month. He prescribed me a monthly injectable to prevent migraines and gave me my first dose during my first appointment. The migraine I had while sitting in his office was gone by the time I got home, and I had only 3 migraines the whole next month - just like he said. His office even texted me to tell me how to receive a card that helps with the copayment of the medication, as it is an expensive one. The only negative has been an issue getting through and speaking to someone in his office for a prior authorization I need to get the medication refilled. However, my experience, other than that, has been excellent.
