My son live in 537 Ave, A.post road apartment. That building have drogs .people bring other.related friends from out side.and stay with. The tenant.livin small unit.that creating problem.to the neibors.infecteted roaches.bad bugs. Garbage all over the floors..not clean. Adminiztracion.very 👎bad.not pay atencion.to the tenant when they have problems. They don't care about it.please shear thisto the owners. They are from NYC.

I been living in this building for almost a year and I Apréciate the fact that they have upgraded this beautiful building I don’t understand why these people are giving it a bad review they should Appreciate the fact that there paying very low rent with no utilities and that they are working on making it better for us people stop complaining and all the ones that tried to apply to this place and didn’t get in also the ones complaining get a life.

RANDOM KNOCKS ON MY DOOR AND SOMEONE IS HITTING MY DOOR. ( HARD!) AT RANDOM TIMES AND DAYS. ABOUT 3 AM TILL ABOUT 7 OR SO!!! PEOPLE THAT WORK DOWNSTAIRS, OR ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK. DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. LITTERALLY THEY DONT CARE WUT GOES ON ... Y WOULD THEY THEY DONT LIVE HERE. (WUT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.AND IT WILL 😁😁 GET RID OF THEM. ABSOLUTELY USELESS . GTFOH!!! ***SECURITY CAMERAS**?? HAHAHA THEY ALWAYS SAY THERE WORKING ON IT. SO NOW I TAKE IT FURTHER. THANX TO THE EMBARRASSING SO CALLED EMPLOYEES AT 537 AVE A BAYONNE NJ 07002 THE REAR BLDG.... PATHETIC AND SAD. 😁😁😁😁
