Charming, quaint train station with plenty of parking. I didn't know what to expect with boarding, but passengers should be prepared for walking a short distance in the elements to wait in a covered "bus hut" style shelter when ushered over there by the station attendant.

There is no shuttle or any other transportation service out of the Waterloo, IN Train Station. All transportation services come out of Fort Wayne.

Wow. Tough question. They have room in the front of each car usually, but handicapped on the lower deck with limited space, and probably impossible to get up the stairway. Go to the terminal and ask (during their open hours; It varies) before your trip. Computerized 800 line won't help most likely. If they have open sleeping rooms they might park it there

Download the app. Very easy to use. The number and the ticket counter will only frustrate you. You can even get on the train unannounced and purchase a ticket as long as there's room.
There is a somewhat large parking lot to the east of the station. You will then have to walk west past the station to reach the train.
Those services are not available in Waterloo. The closes taxi , Uber or Lift service comes from Fort Wayne, Indiana
