The train is only handicapped accesible by a portable rolling hand cranked elevator. They act put out because you delay them by using it. And you have to request it at booking. Aisles are narrow and good luck going to the lounge or dining car. Bathrooms are atrocious. Fly if you can, bus is better(built in motorized lifts actually designed for handicapped. Train is truckstop level at expensive prices. Do not recommend!

The station is officially open from 9PM until the #20 train departs and is supposed to re-open at 4AM and remain open until the #19 train departs. But in practice, the station has been open from 9PM until dawn each day. But tickets are no longer sold at this station.
