Enterprise always makes it difficult and more costly. 1. They cars are rarely full of gas. Drives me nuts. Get them filled for each rental. 2. Closing on Saturday at noon and not open on Sunday makes your rental more expensive. I hate that our company makes us use Enterprise!

The last couple of times we have rented a car from enterprise some of the cars barely had any oil in them even though they say they just got service but then the day later there oil light would come on. The one we just rented had bad brakes we can hear them screeching and grinding on this was a brand new car and when I called them to tell them they were like oh do you want to exchange it I wasn’t close to one so I did not when I came to drop it off there like we just got it from the dealership yeah that still doesn’t change the fact that you can hear the brakes. I’m sure they were just gonna clean it and wash it and rent it to somebody else! The customer service has gone down so much.
