Yesterday I bought a pizza oven and the way some workers expressed themselves was not very good. I felt discriminated against because they made comments like I couldn't buy something for $5,000. There was also a supervisor named T who was very rude and this is not the first time. It also happened in Roseville with the delivery of 6 planters that I bought, the delivery was very rude, I hope they can give their workers more education to better treat customers!!

It was five star for me before but after what i experienced today, it is only 1star. I picked up almost 20plants and after i got home and working to plant them outdoor, 1cactus breaks from near top while i was carrying them. I realized there was a fracture at beginning but didnt care much, thought should be fine. But i was wrong. Anyway, i took it back to store and wanted to exchange it because it was somehow fractured at the beginning. I was suspicious that it happened while employee brings them and loading to my truck because employee was just throwing them to my truck and was not paying attention really. Cashier told me to see manager for exchange and manager start telling me they cannot accept, bla bla. Telling me it was my fault since it happened at home. Man, do you expect me to do complete inspection before picking up the order? And what is this manner, i already bought 20plants and you are making issue for that single cactus?? Moreover, There was another broken plant over there, which was not mine and manager was telling me whether i also did it or not, thinking he is doing a joke! I was expecting much better manners and policy implementation from Green acres but seems like this store doesnt have it. Dont be cheap and stop accusing customers and implying they are lying or something.

Love this place! It's relaxing just to walk up and down the isles looking at the beautiful plants and flowers. Today needed a new watering can, got that and a few other things. Some what busy, so had a little wait. Good store!

Yes they do
Yes. If there is a particular one you want, just call.
Not sure. Call them.
Not sure if they have it on their lot but I am sure they can get you one. They have ordered a southern bleeding heart for me in the past...still doing great.
I don't work there, but if you call they can tell you. I bought dwarf key lime and peach trees there. Good luck!
You can ask directly on thier website. Idiggreenacres.com
Store personnel can answer if you give them a call. I am there frequently but I don't work for them.
Green Acres does not have a planting or transplanting service. Occasionally if the day is slow they will be able to transplant small houseplants in-store, but cannot do anything at your home.
Yes, we carry those in 1 and 2 gallon pots.
Hi Patricia, we don't have any concord grapes right now. We have Thompsons and Zestful Waterfall Grapes. We will be getting more concords in January. Hope this helps!
Hello Debra, Thank you for checking with us. We do carry artichoke plants. To get the current availability, please call the store directly. They can coordinate holding one for you if they have them. Happy planting!
Hello Toni, thank you for checking with us! I'm sorry, we do not carry China Doll rose, but we have a huge selection of roses you can check out at any location.
Hi Joan, we have a great selection of tomato plants this season. Stop by to check it out.
Hello Cameron, Thank you for checking with us. For specific stock questions, it's best if you call the store directly. They can tell you what is currently in stock and arrange to hold something for you. Thanks for checking with us!
Delivery is available, as long as there is a slot open on the schedule. Delivery fees are waived after a certain purchase amount--check with the store.
Hello Joan, yes, we have a good selection of blueberries right now. Thanks for checking with us!
I do not work at Green Acres
Hi Joyce, Yes, we carry several colors of Encore Azaleas at all locations. Thank you for checking with us! For a quick response, please feel free to reach out to our stores directly.
I know that they don't have either as seed. The greenhouse may or may not have both, the stock changes a lot from season to season and year to year. It's really best to call them and ask.
If they don't have it in stock they can most likely order it for you
Hello Karen, we have daffodils, tulips and hyacinth in quart sizes for $4.75. Thanks for checking with us!

Hi Steve. We do have some varieties of holly in stock. Do you know which variety you are looking for?
Hello, we do not have them in stock but our team at the Folsom store is researching availability for you. We should have an answer for you on Monday. Thank you!
There are replants available that you can use in problem areas, you could try a hawk prob perched on your house or in trees and I've also heard fake snakes work as well.
Yes we do, I'm not sure about the amount we carry but we do sell them
Yes!
Why would a store carry a forbidden pesticide? And even if they did, they would not be stupid enough to advertise something that could get them into trouble.
I hope you're wrong because I spoke to one of the sales people down there and they have 1 on hold for me
Yes. Pot sizes are 5, 7, 10 gallon.
Hello, we have lots of varieties of peaches but all of ours come from Dave Wilson growers. We don't have Rio Oso available in our options for this year. That is an old heirloom variety and its likely been improved upon. If you'd like to come into the store we can help point you in the direction of a similar peach. Hope that helps!
Hello Bobbie, Lisbon lemons are not too common because of the very large thorns. And, with the citrus market being so limited with the Asian Citrus Psyllid quarantines, we are unable to get them. Eureka lemons are available and would be about the same size and taste of the Lisbon.
Hi Robin, I see Mark responded to you and just wanted to confirm that yes we do. Thank you for checking with us!
