For an apartment complex that bills itself as "luxury" this place is a huge disappointment. There is garbage everywhere - it's always overflowing from the compactor right by the front gate and piled up outside almost every door. The recycling area is a joke - there are mattresses and furniture there all the time, which are against the rules. There are always piles of household trash in there too, and now the recycle bins are gone. The soda machine by the pool has been broken and unplugged for months. One of the ladders in the pool is broken. Every Sunday morning there is garbage and bottles all around the pool from Saturday night parties. The lights in the parking lot have been out for months; I can hardly find a safe, lighted place to park anymore. I used to go jogging around the complex, but I can't any more because of the black guys yelling and catcalling at me. I have to drive to a better neighborhood just to exercise.
