Rude not friendly at all. The room was dirty and had roaches.

No toilet paper . no trash can. No ash trays . bloody dried up sheets . refrigerator wasn't plugged in and had all kinds of nasty white milky stuff in it. Floor had a big spot like it had something spilled and never mopped ... & the door hardly shut to lock . paid $70 for this crappyness

CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!! Woke up to puddles of water in my room from the storm. Asked the woman for help she says sit in the room and wait for maintenance to come to work. Asked her for towels to clean the mess up and she got loud and rude while yelling “I don’t have any towels” It’s been an hour maintenance came by he said this is a previous problem they didn’t fix. No one has came to bring any towels, no one has come to do anything about it, also paid for a week so I’m stuck or out of my money one or the other.

Had a non smoking room that the bedding had holes all through it. Room smelled of smoke. Curtains are all ripped. Room was the worst condition I have ever seen. Faucet outside of bathroom was hanging loose. Smoke alarm missing. Only one wall light worked out of 3. Microwave was disgusting. Only good thing was the lady checking me in, she was nice.
