I would never stay here again the fire alarm went off many times not once did they let the guest know it was just for testing! The room where small and the shower head needs to be replaced there was mold by the vent in the bathroom. The pool was gross dirty and beer caps and blunts laying around. They charged me a extra 99 dollars for incidentals. Never told me any thing about it till I got to the hotel. The front desk lady was very nice and breakfast was good!

This place excels in certain aspects and fails in others. The staff were nice, breakfast great, bed very comfortable and rate/location good for me. They have obviously renovated nearly everything of this near 40 year old hotel. The upkeep and maintenance are sorely lacking. Detailed cleaning is desperately needed. That pool either needs fixed or filled in with concrete. It looks rather beat up for a recently renovated place. I'm sure their are short staffed, but they certainly rushed through my room cleaning. The reviews seemed spot on for once.

We arrived after 1600 and our room was not ready. The rooms are extremely small. We had 2 queen size beds and we couldn’t move around at all. This hotel isn’t for a family. I also noticed odd charges on my account and I used our points to pay for our stay. We are diamond members. They charged me $100 and would do nothing about it. The pool looks like trash and the area doesn’t feel safe.

I just checked in haven't really stayed yet but so far I love this hotel. The staff on every level is very friendly, and nice... Ashley was one of the best staff I have come by in awhile. They greet you. Breakfast was nice I appreciated the hard work. I was early they accommodated me. So far my perception of the hotel is very well. Yes the room is a little bit older but honestly it's comfortable. They will go out of there way to make you as happy as possible... CIARA B.
