Scenic 5 mile round trip walk. I've seen wild life every time I've gone. Typically some interesting birds or deer. I saw an owl last time I went.

We look our bikes to ride the short (4 mile round trip) trail and enjoy the cool fall temperature. This riverfront park is a gem in Columbia. We can't wait to visit again.

Yes, you are. And they have brim, bass, catfish, and i have occasionally seen garfish.
Parking is free. I am sure you will need a fishing license.
There may be a grill on or at the Laurel Street parking area
Its not that type of park. There are historical pieces there from when the water system was first built. You are able to sit and relax on benches but you would not be able to grill.
