Was nasty in every aspect. Went a bought spray to make me feel some what safe. Broken furniture. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. My first room had women's clothes laying everywhere. Floor was so nasty it turned feet black.

Parking is a disaster. The entire property was lined with utility trucks making it almost impossible to drive through the parking lot. We ended up staying in room 226, first impression it smelled terrible. The bathroom was missing the towel rack from the door but the rack was clearly visible on the floor with hardware attached. The shampoo they provided had hair stuck to it. The shower handle was broken in the bathroom making it a nightmare to shower. We went to put our drinks in the mini fridge and quickly saw that it had one leg missing. The dresser knobs were falling apart. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not clean, not well maintained.

Staff is nice, rooms are acceptable, generally hotel is in a safe good area of town near I-26. Only thing I've had a couple issues at the property. Once they gave me a room with sheets that were wet. The only thing I could figure was housekeeping was under the gun and used sheets out of the dryer still damp thinking they would dry once on the bed. Well it didn't happen and it was a very creepy experience.

On the plus side - the heat was good, hot water, soft bed. However, we encountered many things previous lodgers did. We reserved a non smoking room that clearly had been smoked in recently due to odor and cig. ashes All bedding, towels and bedspreads were stained and frayed. The only chair in the room was not stable and arm kept coming off. No TV as no internet. Desk indicated this was due to weather it was raining!! No wifi, we were given codes that did not work. We reserved and paid with credit card but desk said it didn't take so we were forced to pay cash. Let me not forget the roach in the bathroom.
