I have driven to this branch yesterday and today and encountered a sign on the door saying that "due to circumstances beyond our control" this branch office is temporarily closed. Other customers were there and expressed anger and frustration with this. What's going on? This is bad business.

Worst branch. Bank tellers are useless and seem like they hate their job. Don’t waste your time go to a different BOA.

This branch is poorly run, the teller Pam seems like she hates her job and provides terrible customer service. Pam doesn't even try to hide her discontent and is overtly rude.
