First I want to recognize that it was very busy. And the ability to take credit payments was down. That being said I expect to have my order taken before the person behind me. It doesn't matter that they are a regular and I'm not. I felt like I was not as important. And my order had to be sent back. The drink I received was completely wrong.

Staff was pleasant and last few weeks no problems. Until today, ordered toasted English muffin with bacon egg and cheese. Muffin was not toasted, makes a big difference in how the sandwich tastes
