There is a representative. There by the name of lotus.. she is of Spanish dissent, she is awfully indulge with the authority of power. I’ve been trying to complete the scores for over a week now. I have paid all of the files and provided all of the documents required. Last step is to go tho Lotus. She told me that my arrest Record that they require was incorrect, The arrest record came directly from the police station, with a headline that clearly says arrest report. But it was the wrong one she meant to tell me that it was a FULL arrest record. Which is in term two different things from an arrest record and a full arrest record. When my deadline is approaching to complete this course I am becoming frustrated it was hard obtaining this FULL arrest record. Last week when I asked to speak with a supervisor at extension 7007. Lotus played her own supervisor as if it was in different act , even change the voice. How did I know it was her. When calling this week to speak with a supervisor at extension 7007. Lotus picked up and discuss with me the private conversation I thought I had with the supervisor last week. Moreover this week she has it out for me, I think it is a racial issue to begin with the 250 questionnaire that I was asked to take and I inn deed has taken it is now misplace. Meaning I will have to take time off from work and life to go back in and retake the now missing 250 questionnaire for the Second time. Moreover she is intentionally putting in the wrong credit card information that I am using to pay the $16 for my driving record. How do I know this is a fact because I have contacted my credit card company, they are telling me that the wrong three digit number is being continuously put inn incorrectly. This is unfair and unsatisfactory Very unprofessional and deceitful. I wish somebody does something about this. I am not a lawyer, just a regular person trying to complete my legal obligations, However if you are African-American or just a person with blue eyes, petite body,or any feature of aspect that Ms Lotus..LORD she will particularly and attentionally make it hard and difficult if not impossible to complete a simple traffic course.

Staff at the north Miami location was very informative very detailed with the program in which I needed to register for. She explained everything and took her time despite the phones ringing she was very professional.Had me read and made sure I understood before me signing any documents.
