I sent my Longines in for a repair on the crystal and upon return the movement didn’t work, the case back was scratched, the warranty card wasn’t filled as requested, none of the dates of completion were accurate. I called Swatch customer service as I’m well invested in the watch. But the seconds hand doesn’t work! How does this place even qualify for any of this? Garbage.

I sent in a relatively new Omega Seamaster professional with a defective helium escape valve for repair. The watch was gone for several weeks. When it came back I saw there was absoutely no mention of the repair on the invoice, just that the watch was in working order. That's because they never fixed the broken valve. I have since emailed them three times, with accompanying pictures, and now been on hold for over 30 minutes. No reply to my email, and no one answers the phone. Pretty terrible service considering the cost of my watch.

If I could, I would give them Zero stars. The building has no parking for guest. You have to park across the street, if you are lucky enough to find someone to let you know. I dropped my watch on Oct.4th. Cost to fix was $48.00 on the receipt. They said I would get a call in 3-5 business days. Never got a call. I called them 10 days later. Price jumped to $72...(cost of labor added was not disclosed originally). Took 3 weeks to get my watch back after multiple calls. (Part of the delay was due to the repair going through the Quality Control department). Day after picking up my watch, the pin in the bracelet fell off. Had to take it somewhere else and pay an extra $12.00 to get it fix properly. I rather buy a new watch than to have it repair by this expensive place, difficult to get to, and with very poor quality. Never again.

Hello - no we do not service Garmin.
Hello - we certainly will do our best to restore your Omega. In order to best assist you we will need to receive the watch and determine if of work can be performed here, or if we will need to send it to our Omega headquarters in Switzerland. Please forward it to us ASAP so we can dry it out in order to salvage the movement, dial and hands from further damage due to the moisture.
There is visitor parking at the main entrance of the building.
The replacement of the crystal would be part of a water resistance service. This includes dismantling of the case and replacing the gaskets, pushers and crown. Your watch would then be tested for water resistance and we provide a 2 year warranty on the service performed. Unfortunately due to the work required and testing it is not possible to provide the work in one day.
